By virtue of Article 12(2)(a) of the 2022 ICTAZ Constitution which states that “only members fully registered and have settled all membership fees no later than thirty (30) days before the AGM or EGM will be eligible to vote.”

Please find attached the voters register with encrypted membership details, totalling 474 for your attention.
